Flow is the state of energetic balance that becomes possible when old Frozen States have been recognised and transformed.
Flow is a new energetic state — a new version of yourself: more loving, more compassionate, and more aware of yourself and the world around you.
Flow happens after Frozen States have been transformed. Frozen States are old programming and energetic patterns created through past experiences and conditioning that can keep a person stuck in the past.
Flow does not mean that life becomes perfect or that difficulties disappear. It means that the person is no longer responding to the present through the same old patterns.
They begin to think differently, feel differently and live their life differently.
Flow and the New Version of Self
Healing is transformation.
When transformation occurs, we do not necessarily return to the person we were before illness, grief, relationship difficulties or another life challenge.
We become a new version of ourselves.
This new version may have:
- new thoughts and beliefs
- healthier emotional responses
- different attitudes
- stronger boundaries
- new roles and relationships
- greater self-awareness
- a stronger connection with oneself
This is what Flow can look like in everyday life.
The old pattern no longer controls the person’s choices in the same way.
Instead of being stuck in the past, they are able to respond to life as it is now.
Flow is the ability to experience self-love in the NOW.
Flow and Self-Love
Consider a woman who has experienced breast cancer.
Cancer requires appropriate medical diagnosis and treatment. Within the Liminalis Method™, the person may also choose to explore emotional and energetic patterns that she personally associates with her experience of breast cancer.
For example, she may recognise a lifelong pattern of nurturing everyone around her while neglecting herself — loving others but finding it difficult to love herself.
She may have always been the caregiver, giving her time, energy and love to her family while placing her own needs last.
Her transformation may involve becoming a person who can also love and nurture herself.
She begins creating healthier boundaries, accepting support, caring for her own needs and developing greater self-love. This requires learning to stay in the present moment and experience self-love in the now.
This new state is Flow.
Flow and Addiction
Addictions may also be explored through energetic patterns of running away from yourself, not loving the self or not honouring the self.
To help a client create Flow, a practitioner may explore questions such as:
What is the person trying not to feel?
What part of themselves have they become disconnected from?
What are they seeking outside themselves?
Transformation involves more than trying to stop a behaviour. It can also involve reconnecting with the self.
Flow may begin when the person develops a stronger sense of:
“I know who I am.”
“I can be present with myself.”
“I can feel my own strength and my personal power.”
The person gradually moves from escaping themselves towards becoming more connected with themselves.
Flow After Divorce and Grief
Divorce and grief can also create powerful Frozen States.
After the end of a relationship, a person may remain emotionally connected to resentment, rejection, guilt, anger or loss for many years.
To help create Flow, a practitioner may guide the client through a forgiveness process — an energetic process of letting go of the past and returning to the experience of self-love in the present.
Flow does not mean forgetting what happened.
It means that the past no longer controls the present.
The person may begin to release an old identity, understand what the experience taught them and create a different relationship with themselves and others.
They become able to love, trust, make choices and imagine a future again.
That is movement from a Frozen State into Flow.
From Frozen State to Flow
Flow is the movement from an old Frozen State into a new, more balanced and authentic way of being.
Intuitive Healing techniques support the transformation from Frozen States into Flow by working with the person’s energy while helping the client become aware of their own energetic and emotional patterns.
The client is not simply a passive recipient of healing. They become an active participant in their own transformation.
The Frozen State belongs to the past. Flow is the new state we learn to live in now.
