Liminalis Method™ in Practice Series
Reorganisation is the fourth stage of the Liminalis Method™.
During Perception, information is gathered through Remote Viewing and intuitive observation.
During Pattern Recognition, Frozen States are identified.
During Nervous System Stabilisation, the client learns to remain present with these Frozen States through awareness, focused attention, and breathing.
Once the nervous system becomes more regulated and the Frozen State becomes accessible, the process moves into Reorganisation.
This is the stage where transformation begins to occur.
What Is Reorganisation?
Within the Liminalis Method™, Reorganisation is the process of helping the body–mind–energy system move out of a frozen protective pattern and into a more adaptive state.
A Frozen State represents an area where energy has become restricted, congested, depleted, or unable to move freely.
Once the client becomes aware of this area and the nervous system has stabilised, the practitioner begins supporting energetic change.
The goal is not to force healing.
The goal is to help restore movement, balance, and communication within the system.
Working With Healing Energy
During Reorganisation, the practitioner works with healing energy.
The practitioner uses focused intention, awareness, perception, and energetic healing techniques to support the client’s system.
Within the Liminalis Method™, the hands are often used as healing tools.
Whether working in person or remotely, the practitioner directs attention toward areas that require support.
The practitioner may focus on:
- Frozen States
- depleted areas
- congested areas
- energy centres
- organs
- body systems
- specific tissues or structures
The purpose is to support the body’s natural ability to reorganise itself.
Supporting the Movement of Frozen Energy
A central aspect of Reorganisation involves supporting movement within areas where energy has become frozen.
As healing energy is introduced, clients often report changes such as:
- warmth
- tingling
- pulsing
- movement
- expansion
- emotional release
- lightness
- increased awareness
Areas that previously felt numb or disconnected may begin to feel alive again.
Areas that felt heavy may become lighter.
Areas that felt restricted may begin to soften and open.
The practitioner observes these changes while continuing to support the process.
Strengthening Depleted Areas
Not all Frozen States involve excess energy.
Some areas appear energetically depleted or weakened.
These regions may feel empty, disconnected, exhausted, or difficult for the client to sense.
During Reorganisation, the practitioner may direct healing energy toward these depleted areas to support greater balance within the system.
The intention is not to add something artificial to the body.
The intention is to support the restoration of energetic vitality and communication.
Restoring Energetic Balance
As the session progresses, the practitioner continues observing changes within the client’s energy field.
Areas that were previously out of balance often begin moving toward greater harmony.
Energy centres may feel more balanced.
Organs may appear more organised.
The energetic field may become clearer and more coherent.
The practitioner follows the process rather than controlling it.
Each person’s system reorganises in its own way and at its own pace.
Observing Change Through Remote Viewing
Throughout Reorganisation, the practitioner continues using Remote Viewing principles to observe the process.
Changes may be perceived as:
- shifts in sensation
- changes in energetic qualities
- movement within the field
- changes in colours, images, or symbols
- greater coherence within previously disorganised areas
The practitioner continuously monitors these changes while guiding the client through the experience.
This ongoing observation helps determine when the system has completed a particular phase of reorganisation.
Signs That Reorganisation Is Occurring
Every client experiences Reorganisation differently.
Common signs include:
- increased flow within the body
- sensations of movement
- emotional release
- greater clarity
- reduced discomfort
- increased vitality
- feelings of spaciousness
- a sense of relief
- deeper connection to the body
Some changes occur during the session.
Others continue unfolding in the hours, days, or weeks that follow.
Preparing for Integration
Reorganisation creates movement and change.
However, transformation is not complete until these changes become incorporated into everyday life.
The body, nervous system, energy field, emotions, and perceptions must adapt to the new state.
This leads naturally into the final stage of the Liminalis Method™: Integration.
Integration is where change becomes embodied.
What was once frozen becomes part of a new way of functioning.
The system is no longer organised around the old pattern.
It has begun creating a new one.
