Liminalis Method™ in Practice Series

The Five Stages
Perception → Pattern Recognition → Nervous System Stabilisation → Transformation → Integration

Transformation is the fourth stage of the Liminalis Method™. It is the process of working with the client’s Subtle Body Energy. It involves transforming Frozen States after stabilisation of the nervous system.

During Perception, the practitioner gathers information.

During Pattern Recognition, Frozen States are identified.

During Nervous System Stabilisation, the client develops greater awareness and a sense of safety around the Frozen State.

Now the practitioner and client are ready to begin Transformation.

Transformation uses Intuitive Healing techniques, and practitioners work with the client’s aura, chakras, organs and different parts of the body.

The practitioner uses their hands during this stage. The client remains aware of their own energy and actively participates in the process with the practitioner’s guidance.

Transformation has two main parts:

  • clearing energy — energy out
  • strengthening energy — energy in

Clearing Energy — Energy Out

The first part of Transformation is energy clearing.

Practitioners learn to sense areas where energy feels unhealthy, congested or out of balance and use their hands to clear this energy from the client’s body.

Clearing may include:

  • clearing the aura
  • clearing individual chakras
  • clearing specific organs
  • clearing different body parts
  • clearing areas associated with Frozen States

Particular attention may be given to areas affected by illness or symptoms.

The practitioner learns to sense the energetic qualities of different organs and distinguish areas that feel balanced from areas where the energy appears disturbed.

Within the Liminalis Method™, practitioners learn several approaches to this work, including general cleansing, local cleansing and organ cleansing.

The client remains actively involved. The practitioner may guide the client’s attention towards the area being cleared and ask them to observe changes in sensations, emotions or energetic awareness.

Clearing Before Strengthening

An important principle within the Liminalis Method™ is:

Clear first. Strengthen second.

We do not begin by simply adding more energy to an area that already feels congested or energetically disturbed.

Within this energetic framework, the practitioner first clears the area sufficiently before introducing strengthening energy. The aim is to avoid increasing energetic congestion or discomfort in an area that is already out of balance.

Only after sufficient clearing does the practitioner move to Strengthening.

Strengthening Energy — Energy In

After clearing, the practitioner begins strengthening the client’s energy.

This may include:

  • strengthening chakras
  • strengthening the energy of organs and body parts
  • strengthening the aura
  • supporting areas that feel energetically depleted

The practitioner again uses their hands, but instead of clearing energy away, they use different techniques to restore and strengthen energetic flow.

Within the Liminalis Method™, practitioners may also work with colour frequencies. Different colours are used as part of the energetic process and may be directed towards particular chakras, organs or areas of the body.

The purpose is to support energetic balance and reorganisation after clearing.

Aura Reconstruction

Another Intuitive Healing technique used during Transformation is aura reconstruction.

The aura is the energetic field surrounding the physical body. During significant illness or major periods of life change, a person’s energetic field may be experienced as weakened, depleted or disrupted.

Aura reconstruction is used to support a more balanced and strengthened energetic field.

Aura reconstruction involves clearing the old aura and rebuilding a new energetic field around the person.

This can become an important symbolic and energetic part of transformation: moving from the old state towards a new state of being.

This technique can be particularly helpful within the Liminalis Method™ for clients experiencing significant illness or major life transitions.

The Client Participates in Transformation

At the heart of the Transformation Stage is an important principle: the client participates in their own transformation.

Transformation is not something the practitioner simply does to the client.

The client remains aware of their own energy throughout the process and actively participates in their own change.

The practitioner guides the client’s attention towards what is happening while the client learns to recognise and experience changes within their own energetic state.

In this way, Transformation is an active healing process involving both practitioner and client.

The practitioner works with the energy, but the client develops awareness of their own transformation as it occurs.

The goal of the Transformation Stage is to move from the old Frozen State towards a healthier energetic state — preparing the client for the final stage of the Liminalis Method™: Integration.
