Liminalis Method™ in Practice Series
The Five Stages
Perception → Pattern Recognition → Nervous System Stabilisation → Transformation → Integration
Perception is the first stage of the Liminalis Method™. It is the process of connecting with a client’s energy and receiving initial information about the client using Remote Viewing techniques.
Before practitioners can recognise Frozen States or begin Intuitive Healing, they first need to perceive what is happening.
The Perception Stage begins with the practitioner entering a Remote Viewing state — a state of complete calm, focused attention and neutrality.
The purpose is simple:
First perceive. Then understand.
Entering the Remote Viewing State
Before connecting with a client, the practitioner becomes calm and centred.
The aim is to become what we call an “empty vessel.”
This means temporarily releasing thoughts, emotions, expectations, judgements, beliefs and preconceived ideas about the client.
The practitioner does not try to guess what is wrong or decide what they expect to find.
Instead, the mind becomes quiet and neutral.
This is important because our own thoughts and emotions can influence what we perceive. The calmer and more neutral the practitioner becomes, the easier it is to notice subtle impressions without immediately analysing them.
Connecting with the Client
Once the practitioner has reached this calm state, they begin to focus on the client.
Within the Liminalis Method™, we use the client’s name as a point of connection.
The practitioner slowly repeats the client’s name out loud several times.
For example:
“Peter… Peter… Peter…”
The name helps the practitioner focus their attention on this particular person.
The practitioner then visualises a beam of light extending from the forehead towards the client’s energetic field, creating an intentional energetic connection with the client.
The practitioner remains calm, neutral and receptive.
Receiving First Impressions
Once the connection has been established, the practitioner observes what begins to appear in their awareness.
These are the first impressions.
Information may be perceived in different ways. The practitioner may notice:
- emotions or feelings
- physical sensations
- pressure, tightness or discomfort
- changes in temperature
- colours or brief images
- words or phrases
- smells or tastes
- memories or symbolic impressions
- an intuitive sense of knowing
The practitioner does not immediately decide what these impressions mean.
They simply receive and observe.
This is an important principle of Remote Viewing: observation comes before interpretation.
Asking Questions
While still in the Remote Viewing state, the practitioner begins asking questions:
“What can I do for you?”
“How can I help you?”
“What is bothering you?”
The practitioner then remains calm and receptive, allowing impressions to arise.
The answers may come through sensations related to the five senses. For example, the practitioner may:
- see visual images, colours or pictures
- hear words, phrases or sounds
- feel pain, pressure or discomfort in their own body that they recognise as not their own
- experience a particular taste
- perceive a smell even though there is no physical source of that smell in the room
The practitioner simply observes what they perceive through their own energetic awareness while remaining connected with the client.
Further questions can follow depending on the information received.
The practitioner continues observing without forcing an answer or trying to make the information fit a particular explanation.
The purpose of this first stage is to gather information.
Later, during Pattern Recognition, the practitioner begins exploring what these impressions may mean and how they may connect with the client’s emotions, life experiences and Frozen States.
Returning to Your Own Centre
An important part of Perception is knowing how to finish the energetic connection.
When the assessment is complete, the practitioner intentionally disconnects from the client’s energetic field and returns their attention to their own body and centre.
This helps create a clear boundary between the practitioner’s energy and the client’s energy.
The practitioner then uses their hands to clear their own aura, releasing any residual energetic impressions they may have picked up during the assessment.
This is an important professional practice within the Liminalis Method™.
Practitioners may work with many different clients. They therefore need to learn how to connect with another person’s energy without continuing to carry that person’s emotional or energetic state afterwards.
Clearing the aura after each client helps the practitioner return to their own energetic state, maintain clear boundaries and avoid carrying one client’s energy into the next session.
It also supports the practitioner’s own emotional and energetic wellbeing.
Perception Comes First
Perception is the foundation of the Liminalis Method™.
The practitioner first becomes calm and neutral, connects with the client’s energy, receives impressions and asks questions. They then disconnect, return to their own centre and clear their energetic field.
The information gathered during Perception provides the foundation for the next stage: Pattern Recognition.
This is where the practitioner begins to explore what the information means, identify deeper emotional and energetic patterns and recognise possible Frozen States.
Perception allows us to see what is there. Pattern Recognition helps us understand what we have perceived.
