Liminalis Method™ in Practice Series
The Five Stages
Perception → Pattern Recognition → Nervous System Stabilisation → Transformation → Integration
Integration is the fifth and final stage of the Liminalis Method™. It is the process of learning to live in Flow and becoming a new version of yourself.
During Perception, the practitioner gathers information.
During Pattern Recognition, Frozen States are identified.
During Nervous System Stabilisation, the client develops greater safety and awareness.
During Transformation, old energetic patterns are cleared and a healthier energetic state is strengthened.
Now this transformation needs to become part of the client’s everyday life.
This is Integration.
Becoming a New Version of Yourself
Within the Liminalis Method™, healing does not simply mean returning to the person you were before illness or a difficult life experience.
Healing is transformation.
Integration means learning to live as the person you are becoming.
This may involve:
- new thoughts and beliefs
- healthier habits
- different emotional responses
- new feelings and attitudes towards life
- healthier relationships
- different roles within family, work and community
- greater self-love and self-respect
- more compassion towards yourself and others
The old Frozen State no longer needs to determine how the person thinks, feels and behaves.
New patterns begin to replace the old ones.
Integrating New Patterns into Daily Life
Transformation becomes meaningful when it is expressed through everyday choices.
A client may begin changing the way they eat, exercise, work, communicate or relate to other people.
They may develop a daily Intuitive Healing practice, become more aware of their energy and recognise when they are beginning to fall back into an old pattern.
Integration can also involve deeper questions:
Who am I now?
What is truly important to me?
What is Divine within me?
What is my purpose, and what was I born to contribute?
The person begins moving forward rather than continuing to live through the patterns of the past.
Integration After Depression
Consider someone who has moved through a period of depression.
Alongside appropriate professional care, their healing journey may have helped them recognise old emotional patterns, reconnect with themselves and discover a new sense of purpose.
Integration means bringing these discoveries into daily life.
They may begin exercising regularly, completely change their diet or relationship with food, introduce an Intuitive Healing routine, develop new relationships or pursue work that feels more meaningful.
They may also begin recognising their own value and asking deeper questions about their purpose.
The person is not simply trying to become who they were before depression.
They are creating a new way of being.
Integration After Cancer
Someone who has experienced cancer may also find that life looks very different after their healing journey.
Cancer requires appropriate medical diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care. At the same time, the experience may lead the person to reconsider many aspects of their life.
They may begin thinking differently, change the groups they belong to or the roles they play within those groups.
They may change relationships, move house, alter their appearance, lose weight, develop healthier habits or make major changes in their work and lifestyle.
The person who emerges may feel very different from the person they were before cancer.
This is Integration: allowing inner transformation to become visible in the way you actually live.
Living in Flow
Integration does not mean that problems will never occur again.
Life continues to bring challenges, changes and transitions.
The difference is that the client becomes more self-empowered.
They have greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, energy and choices. They can recognise old patterns when they appear and use what they have learned to respond differently.
They are no longer completely controlled by an old Frozen State.
They can move forward with greater awareness, choice and personal power.
This is what we call living in Flow.
Integration is becoming and living as a new version of yourself — healthier, more self-aware, more loving and compassionate towards yourself and others, and more connected with your purpose.
