What is Your View on Healing
I live by the motto that healing is always possible. Even if your wounds are deep or the illness is severe: believe in healing. This allows you to release the energy of long-held fears and negative thoughts even though one’s body may be dying physically.

You can heal yourself simply by reversing your mental and emotional patterns, changing lifestyle, altering behaviours and changing attitudes. It is possible because your emotions and thoughts are linked to your body via the immune, endocrine, and nervous systems which control the state of your health.

How does it work?
All your thoughts and emotions are energy and they activate a physical response in the body. A fear for example activates every system in the body; your stomach tightens, your heart rate increases, your skin sweats and your muscles contract.
A loving thought on the contrary, can relax your whole body.

Repeated thoughts stay in your cells and eventually become your cellular memory. When there is too much negative energy in the same cells, this part of the body gets sick.
Therefore your body becomes a direct reflection of your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Your body tells everything about you. Your pains, aches and symptoms are simply messages to show you that something isn’t working in your body. Their purpose is to get your attention, to make you tune into your body and ask, “What’s going on? Is there a message you’re trying to send? “
